Arrest Warrant

On February 10, 2021, police located and arrested a 29-year-old female on an outstanding arrest warrant.  She was released to appear in court on May 3, 2021 on a charge of Theft Under $5000.

On February 10, 2021, police located and arrested a 30-year-old female on an outstanding arrest warrant.  She was released to appear in court on March 8, 2021 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.

 

Assault

On February 11, 2021, police responded to a report of an assault in a residence shortly after midnight.  The 38-year-old male suspect fled the residence prior to police arrival, but he returned to the scene a short time later and was arrested.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service due to his intoxication level.  Once sober he was released to appear in court on April 26, 2021 on a charge of Assault.  The victim sustained injuries and was treated at the scene by members of BFES.

 

IPDA

On February 11, 2021 at approximately 1:30 am, police responded to a report of a highly intoxicated female at a business in the 1600 block of 18th street.  The 41-year-old female had nowhere to go and nobody to care for her.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
