Possess for the Purpose of Trafficking Meth

On January 3, 2021, at approximately 9:00 pm, police stopped a 33-year-old male cyclist in the 500 block of 13th street.  The male was found to be in possession of Meth, Cash and scales.  He was also to abide by conditions of which he was in breach.  He was arrested and will appear in court on March 8, 2021 on charges of Possess for the Purpose of Trafficking Meth, and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On January 4, 2021 shortly before 1:00 am, police located a 32-year-old male at a residence, who was in breach of court ordered conditions.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On January 4, 2021 police conducted a traffic stop on Balmoral Ave shortly after midnight.  A 20-year-old female passenger in the vehicle was found to be in breach of two court ordered conditions.  She was arrested and will appear in court on March 29, 2021 on 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
