Fail to Comply with Undertaking
On November 24, 2020, police responded to the report of the theft of merchandise from a business in the 800 block of 1 street shortly after 10:00 am. The suspect ran from police but was later located and arrested after 1:00 pm. The 16-year-old male suspect was to be abiding by a 24-hour curfew. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and was remanded into custody after appearing in court on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Theft Under $5000.
Arrest Warrant
On November 24, 2020, shortly before 7:00 pm, police came into contact with a 30-year-old female who was wanted on an outstanding charge of Fail to Attend Court. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
