Possession of Meth

At approx. 10:00 AM Monday, officers checked a vehicle in a parking lot in the 1800 block of 18th St N.  Police had information that indicated the person in the vehicle may be in possession of firearms.  Initially the 46 year old female from Winnipeg provided a false name however though further investigation her identity was confirmed.  She was found to be in breach of a Probation order and during arrest she was found to be in possession of a small quantity of Meth.  She was charged with possession of meth, failing to comply with her probation order and public mischief, for providing a false name.  She has been released from custody and will appear in court on January 14 2021.  

  

Arrest Warrant Executed / Possession of Fentanyl

At approx. 4:00 PM Monday police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Percy St.  The 21-year-old Brandon female was the subject of a warrant of arrest for breach of probation and failing to attend court.  She was arrested on the strength of the warrant and during the arrest process, she was found to have a small quantity of Fentanyl.  She has been released for custody and will appear in court on January 14 2021.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At approx. 10:00 PM Monday, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Victoria Ave.  A passenger of the vehicle was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant of arrest for impaired driving and theft of a motor vehicle and 3 counts of failing to appear in court. She was arrested and will appear in court later today.
