Warrants Executed

On Sunday, police attended a residence in the 100 block of Percy Street for a 911 call on an unrelated matter. While at the residence, police checked a male and a female. The male, a 28-year-old from Brandon was wanted by Winnipeg Police for failing to appear for identification and failing to comply with probation. The male was arrested and released for court. The 32-year-old female, from Winnipeg, was also wanted by Winnipeg Police, for failing to appear for identification. She was arrested and released for court.


Possession of Property Obtained by Crime / Possession of Controlled Substance

On October 2nd, police attended an address on Willowdale Crescent to assist Brandon Fire at a possible overdose. While in attendance, police discovered a quantity of fentanyl, a quantity of methamphetamine and cash. A number of bicycles were also found that had been reported stolen. The 42-year-old male occupant was located on Sunday and arrested for possession of property obtained by crime and possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl). The male also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court. He was arrested and released and will appear in court in December.
