A 43-year-old Brandon Male was arrested for Assault Cause Bodily Harm after a domestic assault situation.  He was held in custody until he was sober.  At 3:00PM, he was released on an Undertaking to appear in court on July 2nd.  At 4:40PM, he was re arrested in an intoxicated state walking with the victim.  He claimed that he had consumed 12 beer since his release.  He will be appearing in court this morning.

 

 

A 21-year-old female from Birdtail was arrested at a traffic stop on May 21st.  The female initially gave police a false name.  Investigation confirmed her identity.  She was found to have a 12guage pump action shotgun in her possession that had been cut into a pistol style firearm. She was also found in possession of ammunition for the weapon.  She will be appearing in court this morning charged with Fail to Comply with an Undertaking, Public Mischief, Possess a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, Carry a Concealed Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.

 

 

On a separate traffic stop, a 34-year-old female from Brandon has been charged with Fail to comply with a Release Order and Possess Proceeds of Crime. She was found in violation of her Release Order Curfew and Residency Clause.  During her arrest, she was found to have in excess of $10000 cash in her possession which she readily admitted that comes from drugs.  She will be appearing in court this morning.
