Court Order Violations

Early on Wednesday morning, police located a highly intoxicated female asleep in the alley in the 1400 block of Lorne Avenue. The 32-year-old Brandon woman is on a court order with conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol. She was arrested and released when sober and will appear in court in August.

At approximately noon on Wednesday, police arrested a 13-year-old for failing to comply with the conditions of her probation. The female is to observe a daily curfew of 9 pm that she failed to comply with on Tuesday night. She was released from custody and will appear in court in August.

 

Warrants Executed

On Wednesday afternoon, police attended a disturbance in the 300 block of 14th Street. A 49-year-old Brandon female who was present at the disturbance was checked and found to have an endorsed warrant for theft under $5000.00. She was arrested at the scene and released for court in August.

At approximately 2 am, Thursday morning, police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 200 block of 17th Street. The 23-year-old male passenger, from Brandon was found to have an unendorsed warrant for Theft Under $5000.00. He was lodged for court in the morning.

 

Possess Stolen Property

On Wednesday morning, police located two female youths in a vehicle that was stolen sometime overnight. Both Brandon youths were arrested for possessing property obtained by crime and released to their respective guardians. Both girls, ages 16 and 17, will appear in court in August.

 

Assault

At approximately 3 am, Thursday morning, a Brandon taxi driver reported being assaulted by a customer who spit on him. The 15-year-old Brandon male, who was intoxicated, was located and arrested without incident. He was held in custody for release when sober and will appear in court in August.
