Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 9:40am, a 37 year old Birch River man turned himself in at the Swan River RCMP detachment on a BPS warrant for failing to comply with probation.  He was released for court on July 27, 2020.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 3:59pm, a 32 year old Waywayseecappo man turned himself in at the MFNP detachment on a BPS warrant for failing to comply with probation.  He was released for court on August 10, 2020.

 

Possess Controlled Substance, Possess Proceeds of Crime:

At 4:13pm, police conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 1 in Brandon.  A 37 year old Toronto man was found to be in possession of approximately 3 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms) and a quantity of cash.  He was released for court on August 13, 2020. 

 

Stolen Vehicle:

At 3:47pm, police received a report of a stolen blue 1991 Honda Civic with four doors (MB plate HXU 875).  The vehicle was last seen in the 1100 block of Rosser Ave E.  Police continue to investigate. 

 

Intoxicated Person Detention Act:

At 2:36am, police responded to a disturbance at an apartment in the 200 block of Victoria Ave E.  A 23 year old man was found intoxicated and causing problems.  He was lodged to be released once sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking:

At 3:47am, police responded to the parking lot of a business in the 1900 block of Richmond Ave for a 15 year old male who was intoxicated and harassing customers.  The male youth was found to be on an Undertaking with conditions not to consume alcohol and obey a curfew.  He was arrested and lodged to later be released once sober with a court date of July 28, 2020, to deal with the charges.
