Fail to Comply with Conditions of Recognizance

On November 20, 2019 at approximately 12:30 pm, police received a report of a male who had entered a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave., contrary to his court ordered condition not to attend there. The 46-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Conditions of Recognizance.

 

Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking

On November 20, 2019 shortly after 2:00 pm, police attended to a residence after receiving a report of screaming and arguing coming from within. Police found an individual leaving the residence who had no complaint; however, the 23-year-old female left inside the residence was to abide by conditions not to communicate with that individual. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon correctional Centre and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking.

 

IPDA

On November 21, 2019 shortly before 1:00 am, police responded to an unknown situation after 911 received several calls to a residence in the 600 block of 35th street. Police learned there was an intoxicated male who was attempting to fight others in the residence; he was subsequently kicked outside. The 51-year-old male was located in the yard with nowhere to go and nobody to care for him in his state of intoxication. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre.
