IPDA

On November 3, 2019, between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm, police responded to four separate cases of intoxicated adult men, who were unable to care for themselves. As none of the men had anyone else to look after them, they were each arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre until sober.

 

Parole Revocation Warrant

On November 3, 2019, shortly after 7:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a business in the 800 block of 18th street. The 31-year-old male was found to be the subject of a warrant as he had violated his parole. The male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre.

 

Disobey Court Order

On November 2, 2019, police received a report that a 58-year-old male had breached a court ordered condition by communicating with an individual via text message, contrary to the order. On November 3, 2019, he was arrested and will appear in court on December 30, 2019 for Disobey Court Order.

 

Breach of Probation

On November 3, 2019, shortly before 10:00 pm, police responded to a report of a physical fight at a residence between adult siblings. Both the 18-year-old female and the 21-year-old male were found to be intoxicated and arrested. The male was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to prevent any further issues in the home. The female was to abide by a court ordered condition, not to consume alcohol. She was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear in court on December 9, 2019 on a charge of Breach of Probation.
