A 29-year old Brandon Female was charged with Theft Under $5000 after stealing tools from a construction site.  The theft was captured on video.  The stolen items have been recovered and she will be appearing in court October 31st.



A 39-year-old Brandon Male was charged with Take Auto without Owners Consent and Public Mischief. The accused was stopped by police driving an unregistered vehicle.  He provided a false name to police at the time of the stop.  Investigation later confirmed his identity. It was learned that he had taken the vehicle with out the consent of the owner.  He was also issued numerous HTA tickets.



A 27-year-old Killarney Male has been charged with Dangerous Driving, Impaired Driving and Flight from Police.  Police attempted to stop the Accused who fled and led police on a pursuit.  For public safety, police discontinued the pursuit.  Police located the accused vehicle in a yard south of Brandon and the Accused was located hiding in the bushes nearby.  He will be appearing in court September 12th.



A 42-year-old Brandon male has been charged with Possession of Meth as well as for Breaching an Officer in Charge Undertaking.  He was stopped during a Roadwatch and found to be in violation of a curfew condition.  During his arrest, a small quantity of Meth was located in his possession.  He will be appearing in court November 19.



A 44-year-old Brandon male has been charged with Arson with Disregard for Human Life. The male had attempted to burn his family’s house by starting a fire in the basement.  The fire was extinguished with minor damage and the male was arrested.  No one was injured in this incident.  The male will be issued a court date of November 4th.
