Warrant Executed

 On January 7th, 2019, at 2:16pm a 35 year old Brandon man turned himself into police when he became aware that there was a warrant existing for him for Fail to Attend Court. He was lodged at BCC for Court on January 8th, 2019.

 

Flight from Police / Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle

On January 6th, 2019 a 37 year old man from Brandon was arrested as a result of an ongoing investigation where he engaged in a pursuit with police on January 6th, 2019. The pursuit was terminated at that time by the police officer involved due to the fact the officer was able to identify the suspect driver. During a subsequent interview at the police station the male damaged a chair and was charged accordingly with Mischief Under $ 5000.00. The male was held in custody overnight and will be released on a PTA o January 8th, 2019.

 

 Warrant Executed

On January 7th, 2019, a 25 year old Brandon man turned himself in at BCC when he became aware that there was a warrant for him for Fail to Attend for Intermittent Sentence. The male was lodged at BCC and will appear in Brandon Court on January 8th, 2019.

 

 Utter Threats

 On January 7th, 2019 a 66 year old Brandon man was released a on a PTA after he made threats to his partner. The man was issued a PTA to appear in Brandon Court on February 1st, 2019

 

Breach of Court Order

 On January 7th, 2019 a 45 year old Brandon man was released on a PTA to attend court on February 4th, 2019 after he breached a Protection Order by having contact with his ex-partner.

 

Break and Enter

 On January 7th, 2019, police received a report of a Break and Enter to a residence in the 200 blk of 11th Street North. Stolen was a set of DJ Equipment.

 

Warrant Executed

 On January 7th, 2019 a 25 year old woman who is now a resident of Winnipeg turned herself into Winnipeg Police after she became aware that BPS held a warrant for her for Fail to Attend Court. The woman was issued a PTA to attend Brandon Court on January 8th, 2019

 

Warrant Executed

 On January 7th, 2019 police attended to an unrelated complaint at a residence in the 1200 blk of 20th Street. While at the scene police discovered that a 34 year female who was present at the residence had a Warrant for Fail to Attend Court. The woman was lodged at BCC for Court on January 8th, 2019
