Arrest Warrant Executed

On Friday at approximately 10:53 hrs, police attended a residence in the 3600 block of Centennial Blvd. in hopes of locating a 47 yr. old male with an outstanding Warrant for Breach of Probation.  The male was located, arrested on the strength of the Warrant.  He was detained at the Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear before a Justice on the matter.

On Friday at approximately 15:00 hrs, the Winnipeg Police Service advised they had arrested a 30 yr. old female on the strength of 3 Brandon Police Service Warrants.  The female will appear in Winnipeg before a Justice on the matters.

 

Theft from Businesses

On Friday, police were dispatched to a business in the 600 block of Rosser Ave. regarding a theft that had occurred.  It appears that a culprit(s) had entered the business via an unlocked rear door and proceeded to steal personal items belonging to staff from inside the business.  The matter is still under investigation.

On Friday at approximately 15:00 hrs, police were notified that a male was in a business at the Corral Centre stealing merchandise.  Police located and arrested a 26 yr. old male in the area who was found to be in possession of approximately $500.00 worth of stolen goods.  The male was found to be also bound by conditions not to attend the Corral Centre.  he was arrested and detained at the Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear before a Justice on the matter.

 

Other Arrests

On Friday at approximately 18:44 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 600 block of McDiarmid Drive regarding a 59 yr. old male who was intoxicated and causing problems.  Police arrested the male for Breach of the Peace.  The male was detained at the Brandon Correctional Centre and will be released when sober.

On Saturday at approximately 03:22 hrs, police were dispatched to a business in the 1100 block of 18th St. regarding an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.  Police located and arrested a 43 yr. old male from Birtle Manitoba.  The male was detained at the Brandon Correctional Centre for the night and will receive a $672.00 ticket for Disorderly Conduct in a Licensed Premises upon his release from custody.
