Break, Enter and Theft:

On Monday, Police received a report of break, enter and theft from a garage. A resident from the 3300 block of Rosser Avenue reported sometime between 2:00am and 6:00am November 04th unknown suspects broke into the garage and stole a bicycle. The bicycle is described as: a black bicycle with a black and white seat valued at $500. Police continue to investigate.

Theft Under:

On Monday afternoon at approximately 12:55pm, Police received a call from staff of a business in the 900 block 18th Street North of two males stealing items from the business. Police attended to the area and located two males pushing a shopping cart. Police learned the males had $1600 worth of power tools and $400 worth of merchandise from another 900 block 18th Street North business. Police arrested and lodged at BCC a 38yr old Brandon man and a 26yr old Brandon man for Theft Under to appear in Court on November 06th.

Public Mischief and Resist Arrest:

On Monday afternoon at approximately 12:20pm, Police received a report of a possible firearm at a residence in the 100 block of Victoria Avenue. Police attended the residence and while knocking at the door, a male jumped from a window and fled but was apprehended a block away. The male was not compliant with Police and had to be restrained. He gave a false name but Police learned his true identity. A 27yr old Regina man was arrested for Public Mischief and Resist Arrest and lodged at BCC to appear in Court on November 06th.

Breach of Undertaking:

On Monday evening at approximately 8:27pm, Police received a call of male youth left the residence and he is on a Court Order curfew. A 13yr old Brandon male youth was arrested for Breach of Undertaking and released to appear in Court on December 04th. The male youth was also in possession of a small quantity of marihuana and was issued a Common Offence Notice for Youth Being in Possession of Cannabis.

Arrest Warrant Executed:

On Monday morning at approximately 10:55am, a male attended to Brandon Police Service to turn himself in for outstanding Warrant of Arrest for Assault with a Weapon and Assault. Police arrested and lodged at BCC a 38yr old man to appear in Court on November 06th.

On Monday, a male attended to Brandon Police Service to turn himself on outstanding Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Recognizance. Police arrested and released a 50yr old Brandon man to appear in Court on December 03rd.

On Monday afternoon at approximately 2:53pm, Police received a call from Probation Services stating a male was at their location and has an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. Police attended, arrested and lodged a 23yr old Brandon man to appear in Court on November 06th.

On Tuesday morning at approximately 5:32am, Wabowden RCMP advised they arrested a female and executed an outstanding BPS Warrant of Arrest for Fail to Appear for Identification. A 27yr old Wabowden woman was arrested and released to appear in Court on December 10th.

Other:

One person was arrested and lodged at BCC for Breach of Peace to be released when sober.
