VEHICLE STOLEN OVERNIGHT

A 2017 Ford Escape, black in color, license number ETH 894 was reported stolen from the 700 Block of 16th Street sometime overnight on Friday.

IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED LAST NIGHT

A 25-year old Brandon man was arrested last night just past 10:00 PM after the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police driving the wrong way on Princess Avenue. The driver provided samples of his breath of more than three (3) times the legal limit. He was lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre until sober. He will appear in court on November 18th to be charged with impaired driving.

BRANDON WOMAN ARRESTED FOR THEFT

A 20-year old Brandon woman was arrested for the stealing over $400 worth of merchandise from a business located in the 900 Block of Victoria Avenue. The woman will appear in court on December 31st.

BRANDON YOUTH ARRESTED FOR MISCHIEF

A 13-year old Brandon youth was arrested last night after he threw a rock through the front door glass at a business located in the 2000 Block of Park Avenue. Video surveillance cameras captured the youth responsible. He will appear in court on December 04th.

BRANDON MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF A PROHIBITED WEAPON

A 25-year old man was arrested early this morning after he was responsible for bear spraying another man just past 3:00 AM near the Westaway Bay area. He was released to appear in court on December 31st.

OTHER ARRESTS

A 37-year old man was arrested early this morning for breaching his court order.

A 45-year old man was arrested under the intoxicated persons detention act and a 46-year old man. Both were lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre until sober.
