Arrest Warrant Executed:

On Monday at approximately 10:30am, a male attended to the Brandon Police Service to turn himself in on his outstanding St. Rose RCMP Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Probation. A 21yr old Brandon man was arrested and released to appear in Court on November26th.

On Monday at approximately 3:50pm, Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 1200 block of 4th Street for a traffic offence. Police learned the male driver to be a suspended driver and had an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Recognizance. A 42yr old RM of Whitehead man was arrested and lodged at BCC for Court on October 02nd. The male driver was issued HTA tickets for the traffic offences.

Theft Under $5000:

An ongoing investigation from September 07th , a theft of liquor from an establishment in the 800 block 18th Street North, Police viewed surveillance video and identified the male suspect. On Monday, Police located, arrested and released a 40yr old Brandon man to appear in Court on October 18th.

Mischief Property:

On Monday evening at approximately 8:34pm, a security company reported a panic alarm from a residence in the 000 block of Darrach Bay. Police attended and learned a male youth resident had caused damage by punching the walls and damaged the countertop. A 17yr old Brandon male youth was arrested and released to appear in Court on December 04th.

Breach of Recognizance:

On Monday night at approximately 10:01pm, staff at a group home in the 300 block of Louise Avenue reported a female resident and left the residence earlier in the evening. At approximately 11:03pm, Police attended to the residence and learned the female is on Recognizance Order with a curfew and not to consume conditions. The female returned to the residence early Tuesday morning at approximately 03:37am and was intoxicated. Police attended and arrested a 17yr old Brandon female youth for Breach of Recognizance and lodged her at BCC for Court on October 02nd.
