Arrest Warrant Executed:

On Tuesday at approximately 00:36am, Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 600 block of Victoria Avenue. Police learnt the female was wanted on an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Theft Under x2, Breach of Probation x3 and Fail to Attend. A 33yr old woman was arrested and lodged at BCC to appear in Court on June 05th.

On Tuesday at approximately 00:39am, Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 2400 block of McDonald Avenue. Police learnt the female driver was wanted on an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Probation. A 28yr old Thompson, Mb woman was arrested and lodged at BCC for Court on June 05th.

On Tuesday at approximately 00:40am, Police received a Crime Stoppers tip that the accused was at a residence in the 700 block of 13th Street. The accused had outstanding unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Fail to Attend Prints, Fail to Attend Court x2, Theft Under x3, Breach of Probation and Robbery with a Weapon. A 24yr old Brandon man was arrested and lodged at BCC for Court on June 05th.

Mischief to Property:

On Monday afternoon at approximately 3:50pm, staff from a youth care home centre reported a male youth resident had smashed out a window at their office. Police arrested a 16yr old male youth for Mischief to Property and was lodged at BCC to be released to staff on Tuesday. The youth will appear in Court on July 03rd.

Breach of Probation, Possess Weapon Contrary to Order and Possess Weapon Dangerous Purpose:

On Monday night at approximately 11:00pm, Police conducted a pedestrian check on Westcott Bay. A male was found to have in his possession bear mace and two folding knives. A 20yr old man was arrested for Breach of Court Order not to possess a weapon and Breach of Probation. The male was lodged at BCC for Court on June 05th.

Breach of Probation, Possess Weapon Dangerous and Warrant of Arrest Executed:

On Monday afternoon at approximately 2:53pm, Police conducted a pedestrian check with two people in the 200 block of 18th Street North. Police learnt a 17yr old Brandon male youth breached the conditions of his bail by possessing a knife. The male was arrested for Breach of Probation and Possess Weapon Dangerous and released to appear in Court on June 25th. Police learnt the second male had an endorsed Warrant of Arrest for Assault and Possess Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. An 18yr old Shoal River I.R. man was arrested and released to appear in Court on July 18th in Swan River, Mb.

Breach of Recognizance:

On Tuesday morning at approximately 01:51am, Police observed a male wandering confused without shoes at 10th Street and Victoria Avenue. Police learnt the male was found to be on a recognizance order with a curfew of 10pm. A 21yr old Brandon man was arrested for Breach of Recognizance and lodged at BCC for Court on June 05th.

Other Arrests:

One individual was detained under the Intoxicated Person Detention Act to be released when sober.
