Breach of Probation/Theft


At 8:15 am, a theft from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave was reported. A 38-year-old Brandon man was arrested after stealing items and breaching conditions of his Probation order. He was lodged at BCC to be held until sober and will be released for a later court date.


Impaired Drivers


At 8:30 pm, a vehicle was reported to have been stuck in a snow bank in the 000 block of 9th St. A 35 year old Brandon man was arrested in relation to this and later provided breath samples of over twice the legal limit. He was charged with Impaired Driving and Driving Over .08 and released for a later court date.


At 3:15 am, a vehicle was observed driving erratically on 18th St North. The vehicle was pulled over in the 1700 block of Parker Blvd and the 34-year-old Brandon woman who was operating the vehicle was showing signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving. She was transported to BPS where she later provided breath samples which were over twice the legal limit. She was charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over .08 and was released for court at a later date.


Sexual Assault Warrant


Winnipeg Police Service arrested a 21-year-old Winnipeg man on a BPS warrant for Sexual Assault and other charges. He was held in custody to appear in court.


Break and Enter


At 6:45 pm, a business in the 700 block of Rosser Ave reported 3 females had broken into an office and stolen cell phones. 4 female youths were apprehended in the area and charged with Break and Enter and Theft. The females were 12, 13, and 14 years of age. One of the subjects was also breaching court orders and was held for court in the morning while the other three were released for later court dates.




Police checked some individuals in the area of 26th St and Princess Ave who had some open liquor at 1:00 am. A 21 year old Brandon man was arrested on outstanding warrants for Failing to Attend for Court and Identification and for Breach of Probation. He was held in custody for court in the morning.

Break and Enter


At 9:00 pm, a break and enter was reported to have occurred to a residence in the 200 block of 12th St. Stolen were various types of medication. There is a possible suspect in this matter and it remains under investigation.
