 Breach of Undertaking

 At 11:00 PM, Police attended to a residence in the 200 blk of 21st St. for a disturbance complaint. A 31-year-old female was located at the residence and was found to be on an Undertaking with a condition that she have no contact with a male that was also at the residence. She was released on a Promise to Appear in court on January 22 charged with Breach of Undertaking.

 At 12:50 AM, Police attended to a licensed premise located in the 110 blk of 18th St. for a report that there was an intoxicated male trying to start fights. A 26-year-old male was located and found to be on an Undertaking with a condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol. He was arrested and detained overnight. He was later released on a Promise to Appear in court on December 28, charged with Breach of Undertaking.

 At 4:25 AM, Police attended to a residence on Knowlton Dr. for a report of an intoxicated female. A 16-year-old female was located at the residence and found to be on an Officer in Charge Undertaking with a condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol. She will appear in court today charge with Breach of an OIC Undertaking.

 

Impaired Drivers

At 2:00 AM, Police were conducting an investigation in the area of Cornwallis Crescent when they stopped a vehicle being driven in the area. The operator of that vehicle was arrested for impaired driving and transported to BPS where he provided samples of his breath in excess of the legal limit. The 22-year-old male was released to appear in court on December 7, charge with Impaired Driving and Drive Over .08

At 2:26 AM, Police received a complaint from a citizen of a possible impaired driver. Police stopped the vehicle in the 1100 blk of 18th St. and the driver was subsequently arrested for impaired driving and transported to BPS where he provided samples of his breath in excess of the legal limit. The 22-year-old male was released to appear in court on December 7, charge with Impaired Driving and Drive Over .0

 

Other Arrests

During the 24-hour period, three people were arrested for Breach of the Peace and one person detained under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.
