Fail to Comply with Probation x2:

 

On Tuesday, a 23yr old Brandon man was arrested for breaching his Probation order by attending to the MLCC on two occasions in August. The conditions is he is not to attend there. The male was released to appear in Court on November 06th.

 

 

 

Break and Enter:

 

On Tuesday morning at 0659hrs, a homeowner from Falcon Crescent reported that the garage was broken into between 6:00pm September 11th and 6:45am September 12th. The caller advised the garage was open at that time. The vehicle inside the garage was unlocked and had gone through and nothing taken. Stolen was three sets Taylor Made golf bags and clubs, a Garmin watch and approximately $50. in change. The value of the golf clubs approximately $5000. Still under investigation.

 

 

 

On Tuesday morning at 10:16am, a homeowner from Crocus Crescent reported the detached garage was entered sometime overnight and two bikes were stolen. The bikes are described as 20” Super Cycle kids bike, grey and red in colour and an older 28 inch men’s mountain bike. Still under investigation.

 

 

 

On Tuesday morning at 10:28am, a homeowner from the 1500 block of 2nd Street reported the detached garage was entered sometime over night and two bikes were stolen. The bikes are described as Trek Powerfly and a Trek Neko kid’s bike. The value of the bikes $5000. Still under investigation.

 

 

 

Breach of Recognizance x2:

 

On Tuesday, a 25yr old female currently incarcerated at Brandon Correctional Centre is on a Recognizance with a condition not to communicate with a certain individual. The female attempted to contact that person twice while incarcerated. The female will appear in Court on September 13th.

 

 

 

Drive Disqualified:

 

On Tuesday afternoon at 2:57pm, Police received a call of motor vehicle collision at Sprucewoods Place. Police learnt the driver, who left the scene, is prohibited from driving Canada wide. A 40yr old Brandon man was located, arrested and released to appear in Court on November 2nd.

 

 

 

Warrant of Arrest:

 

On Tuesday afternoon at 1:51pm, Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 200 block of 9th Street. Police learnt that the 19yr old male of no fixed address to have an outstanding unendorsed Warrant of Arrest. The charges are Breach of Recognizance x3, and Posses Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. The male was lodged at BCC for Court in the morning.

 

 

 

Attempt Break and Enter, Possess break-in Instruments and Warrant of Arrest:

 

On Tuesday afternoon at 4:56pm, Police received a call of a male trying to break into two residences in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue. The male tried to force the back door but did not gain entry. Police located the male in the area and found on his person a piece of steel used as a pry bar. Police learnt that the male had an outstanding unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Probation. A 21yr old man of no fixed address was arrested and lodged at BCC for Court in the morning.

 

 

 

Breach of Probation:

 

On Tuesday evening at 6:45pm, Police located a 14yr old Brandon male youth at his residence and arrested for breaching his Probation last evening by not complying with his curfew condition. The male was released to appear in Court on September 26th.

 

 

 

Breach of Undertaking:

 

On Tuesday evening at 8:20pm, Police were investigating a possible impaired driver complaint. Police spoke with a 28yr old St. Lazare man, who was intoxicated and learnt he was on an undertaking with the condition to have no contact with female that was with him. The male was lodged at BCC to be released when sober to appear in Court on October 10th.

 

 

 

Other Arrests:

 

Four individuals were arrested for Breach of the Peace and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to be released when sober.

 

 

 

Seven individuals were detained under the Intoxicated Person Detention Act and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to be released when sober.
