Break and Enters 

BPS received several reports of Break and Enters that occurred over Saturday night and Sunday morning.

A garage was entered at a residence on Elk Place resulting in the theft of two bicycles. Both bicycles were recovered nearby.

A garage was entered at a residence on Canada Crescent resulting in the theft of two bicycles. One bicycle was later recovered.

A shed was entered at a residence in the 800 blk of 5th St. It is unknown what was taken at this time.

A garage was entered at a residence in the 200 blk of Cornwallis Cres. resulting in the theft of two pellet guns and a quantity of .22 calibre ammunition.

A residence was entered in the 700 blk of Rosser Ave. E. Nothing was reported stolen.

No one has been arrested and all of these incidents remain under investigation.

Sexual Assault

At 8:54 pm, Police received a complaint from an inmate at Brandon Correctional Centre that he had been sexually assaulted by two other inmates. A 24-year-old male and a 20-year-old male were arrested and will appear in court this morning charged with Sexual Assault.

Breach of Undertaking

On Sunday evening, Police attended to a residence on Knowlton Dr. to conduct a check on a youth that was bound by a condition of an Undertaking to observe a curfew. The youth was not home and was located a short time later in Winnipeg. The youth was bound by another condition of the Undertaking not to attend the City of Winnipeg. Upon her return to Brandon, The 17-year-old female was arrested and held to appear in court this morning charged with two counts of Breach of Undertaking.
