Breach of Court Order

On Friday morning, Brandon Police arrested a 21 year old Brandon man in the 500 block of 5 Street as he was on a Court Order to not consume drugs or alcohol. He was intoxicated and was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to appear for remand in the morning. 

Assault  

On Friday afternoon, police arrested a 27 year old Brandon woman who had assaulted her girlfriend by slapping her in the face. The victim did not require medical treatment.  The accused was lodged at Brandon Correctional Center to be released when sober on a Promise to Appear with Undertaking.

On Friday afternoon, police arrested a 23 year old Brandon woman who had assaulted her girlfriend by slapping her in the face. The victim did not require medical treatment.  The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with Undertaking. 

Arrest Warrant Executed

On Friday afternoon, police arrested a 30 year old Brandon man in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. He had an outstanding warrant of arrest for Breach of Probation x 2. He was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear in the AM for a remand hearing. 

Assault Cause Bodily Harm

On Friday evening, police arrested a 54 year old Brandon man who had assaulted his common law partner by twisting her arm during an altercation. The victim was treated at Brandon Regional Health Center for a potential broken arm.  The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with Undertaking.

Arrest Warrant Executed

On Friday afternoon, police arrested a 30 year old Brandon man in the 1100 block of Pacific Avenue. He had two outstanding warrants of arrest for Breach of Probation and Breach of Recognizance. He was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear in the AM for a remand hearing. 

Other Arrests

  • 1 person was arrested and detained under the IPDA.
  • 3 people were arrested and detained for Breach of the Peace.
