THEFT UNDER $5000

 

As a result of an ongoing investigation from March 24th 2017, a male reported his medication stolen from his apartment. The male provided a 19-year-old female as a possible suspect. On Sunday evening, the female was located and arrested for Theft Under $5000. She was released to attend Court in May.

 

At 10:40 AM on Sunday, Police received a complaint from a female that a person known to the complainant stole her IPad. At 12:07 PM, Police located the suspect in the 100 Block of 1st Street. A 20-year-old female from Brandon was arrested for Theft Under $5000 however, the IPad was not recovered. The female was released to attend Court in May.

 

BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE

 

At 12:32 AM, Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 2900 Block of Rosser Avenue. A 21-year-old female and 24- year-old male were passengers in the vehicle with both known to Police. The female and male passengers were both found to be on Recognizance Orders with conditions to observe a daily curfew. The female and male were both arrested for Breach of Recognizance and lodged at the Brandon Correctional Center to appear in Court on Monday.
